Greetings Members of Hawk Ridge Community:

On behalf of the Hawk Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors, I hope you and yours are having a happy and safe Fall. The Board would appreciate it if you would “Save the Date” for our Annual HOA Homeowners Meeting. 

1. When: October 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
2. Where: Black Forest Community Club, 12530 Black Forest Road, Black Forest, CO 80908.
3. Agenda: the primary matters that are traditionally addressed at the annual meeting are:
   1. Homeowners review and approve our operating budget for the following year, and 
   2. Elect board members.

We will provide you with more detailed information about the meeting in future email(s). We will also be mailing out ballots and proxies to all homeowners. These can be either mailed back to our HOA Board or submitted in person at the annual meeting. 

OPENINGS: With respect to Board Members, we do have several current Board members who are seeking re-election. Terry Etnyre has decided to step down from the Board, as well as his position as Treasurer, after many years of dedicated service. We wish to thank Terry for all that he has done for our HOA. We are hoping that Homeowners will step forward and seek to become our new Board Member or our new Treasurer. Please keep in mind that while the Homeowners elect Board Members, the Board appoints officers, including the Treasurer.  

As such, the Board is inviting Homeowners to let us know at your earliest convenience if you would be willing to join the HOA as either a new Board Member or our new Treasurer. If you are interested, you can contact our President, Mike Feeney directly or any other board member.
